In modern society, the consumption of mobile communication has become an integral and important part of everyday life. In our country, as the level of economic development and information technology promotion, consumer consumption of mobile communication in people’s life in the market share of a certain, and there is an expanding trend. Our national mobile communications consumer attitudes, consumer decision process with the improvement of material life, will keep changing. College students have a higher level of knowledge backbone of the talents and the promotion of social progress, plays a heavy responsibility of building the motherland, their spending on consumption of mobile communication is not just isolated problems, college students’choice of mobile consumer behavior course, also affects their learning experience and comprehensive development.This article application literature analysis, and questionnaire investigation and Statistics analysis, research method, to consumers acts decision-making for theme, to in Dehong Prefecture students moved communications consumption acts for research object, combined investigation questionnaire of actual, statistics and analysis has effect students moved communications consumption of within external factors, understanding has students moved communications consumption acts of information collected and processing and students moved communications consumption select process, analysis of college students’consumption after purchase behavior of mobile communication. In summing up the mobile consumer behavior of University students in Dehong Prefecture problems on the basis of the decision-making process, made boot mobile consumer behavior of University students in Dehong Prefecture measures. Through thesis research, and families how to guide college students’consumption behavior of mobile communication provided guidance and help, for mobile communication business marketing policies to develop the provision of reference.
