The talents of technologic innovation are the main part of technologic innovation. The achievement of technologic innovation depends on their scientific and humanistic spirit. In the past, people only cared about their understanding of professional knowledge, but ignored the humanistic spirit. However, the latter is the backbone and soul of technologic innovation, for it can raise the level of comprehensive quality and innovative ability of the talents, and create more positive results of technologic innovation.This thesis is based on the study of the western and traditional Chinese humanistic history, it concludes the era feature of modern humanistic spirit and shows that love and harmony is the connotation of humanistic spirit, which is the soul of the talents of technologic innovation, and the motivation and support of technologic innovation. The paper concludes the feature of humanistic spirit in national, social and personal ways, and discusses the condition of achieving the goal in cultural point of view. It also analyses the cause of lack of humanistic spirit in the period of technology and utility tyrannizing, and points out the solution to the problem of modeling humanistic spirit; humanistic education and environment.
