HT Co, Ltd is a large IT chain sales corporation in the domestic at present. The chain stores sales is the main business mode of HT Co, Ltd, and the corporation at the same time in the e-commerce and repair services have the rapid development. The competition of domestic IT market becomes more and more fierce and cruel, and the IT products also showed a high degree of homogenization trend. So how to grasp the loyal customers, and cultivate the loyal customers and to formulate the corresponding customer retention strategy is crucial for the company.This paper takes HT Corporation as the research background, combined with the sales status and characteristics of domestic IT products, in order to cultivate customer loyalty as a guide, by using related theory of customer satisfaction and switching barriers. And the author designed the suitable customer retention strategy with the analysis of the situation of operation and customer retention in HT Corporation at present. The processes of design focus to in order to improve the quality of service, and also take consideration to the products strategy. The purpose is to achieve customer repeat purchase, and got profit from the customers’ resources. The paper also include the related theory about the switching barriers, and it be divide to three parts such as switching cost, alternative to attract and interpersonal relationship. At last, the author tries to establish a support system for the effective implementation of the strategy in the company and was expecting the customer retention strategy will help HT Corporation to win the competition in the market of IT products.
