So the enterprise is ableto survive in the increasingly intense competition and make the steady development.Based on the theory and practice of risk-oriented internal audit, combined with theXY state-owned company, this thesis is in-depth analysis of the basic theory and method ofthe study of risk-oriented internal audit. Describing the current situation of the internalaudit in the XY state-owned company, it research the XY state-owned companies how toestablish risk-oriented internal audit concepts and measures. So that internal audit can playits function better to increase the value.Although there are many theoretical studies on the risk-oriented internal audit, thecases with practice are few. With years of working and learning experience, this thesishopes to explore a set of risk-oriented internal audit in the actual application of theory andmethods. So that we can do contribution on regulatory regime and asset value ofstate-owned company. Also it makes an example for the persons who study the applicationand development of internal audit. |
