Corporate social responsibility of a business to create profits, whilethe shareholders’ interests, need to bear the social responsibility toemployees, customers, suppliers, communities and environment, includingcompliance and business ethics, protection of production safety andoccupational health to protect the legitimate rights and interests ofworkers, protection of the environment and natural resources, and tosupport the charity, and protection of vulnerable groups. Corporatesocial responsibility can usually be divided into economic, legal,ethical and voluntary four levels.Of any business, in terms of commitment to social responsibility, toavoid harm to others, and efforts to the benefit of the community and itsobligations. Its relationship era, today’s business community has beena positive commitment to corporate social responsibility, and strive tobuild a harmonious relationship with all the interests of employees,customers, competitors and other stakeholders, and this is the key to allthe future long-term to keep the core competitiveness, to achievesustainable development lies. The benefit of the community will alsobenefit the enterprise. Contemporary corporate social responsibility,especially in ethics and voluntary social responsibility as a long-termstrategic goal is always being throughout all business activities tomaximize the long-term, in order to ensure that the interests of investorsfrom the fundamental.Domestic commercial banks, particularly in the industrial andagricultural, medium build, cross five state-owned commercial banks,joint-stock reform has basically been completed, with the gradualcompletion of the reform of property rights system, the management goalsof the commercial banks are also quietly changing is no longer like theplanned economy era, mainly for the country committed to social responsibility mainly being turned to the pursuit of their own profitsto maximize or maximize the interests of investors. Caused by a numberof commercial banks in the pursuit of interests, often neglected tofulfill their social responsibility, everything from profit such asexcessive sales of error sales arbitrary collection of fees, thesephenomena are all showing the domestic commercial banks that currentlyexist social responsibility issues. Interbank increasingly competitivemarket environment, the commercial banks on how to recognize and balancethe relationship between their own economic and social benefits, at thesame time make a profit for shareholders, for the whole community tocontribute to sustainable development, thereby maintaining and marketcompetitiveness at home and abroad, and therefore re-examine and reflecton the commercial banks in corporate social responsibility values hasimportant research value.Different from the American and European countries, China’s largestate-owned commercial banks, and accounted for most of the market share,these large commercial banks the ability to do both benefits andresponsibilities, would not only impact on the construction of aharmonious society, is a commercial key banks to maintain long-termcompetitiveness. This article focuses on the main business of the domesticcommercial banks, commercial banks focus on how to fulfill corporatesocial responsibility in the business development process. Through actualcase, the values of corporate social responsibility on the commercialbanks to establish recommendations for the commercial banks to maintainlong-term core competitiveness, provide more experience in the path ofsustainability.
