The Process Of Marketization, The Protection Of Creditors And Enterprise Commercial Credit Financing Research

With the continuous development of market economy, the developed commercialcredit is an indispensable part of market economy. Commercial credit as the mostbasic social credit form, it plays a key role to the whole social credit systemestablishment and improvement. Commercial credit is one of the important ways foran enterprise, especially medium and small businesses by the credit constraints ofexternal financing. Particularly in the current credit crunch, commercial creditfinancing as one of the short-term financing channel, it can ease corporate financingconstraints. Therefore the research on the present enterprise commercial creditfinancing has important significance.This paper focuses on the process of the market and the protection of creditors inenterprise commercial credit financing. In theory, this paper firstly analyzed theconnotation of commercial credit, then the relationship of the market process andcommercial credit financing,the relationship of creditor protection and the commercialcredit financing. The commercial credit financing and the process of marketization,commercial credit financing and the protection of creditors have positive correlation.In the case study, this paper uses multivariate linear regression method inChinese listing Corporation from2005-2009years a total of2675data to do theempirical study. After controlling for the effects of enterprise commercial creditfinancing behavior of the internal factor variable based equations with commercializea process variable and the protection of creditors variables, both on the commercialcredit financing has significant influence. Finally, we discuss the countermeasures topromote our country commercial credit financing. According to the empirical results,the article thinks that it should be clear from the relation of government and market,clear and protection of economic main body property right, perfect legal system,strengthening the legal supervision and punishment strength, building to accord with market economy moral environment four aspects to promote the development ofcommercial credit commercial credit financing to improve the enterprise level.
