Therefore, commercial banksshould be pro-active disclosure of bank information to reduce the information asymmetrybetween banks and investors in order to attract more investors.This paper selects2009-2011data to study the influencing factors of voluntaryinformation disclosure of listed commercial banks in China. Analyzing the meaning ofvoluntary information disclosure, content, motivation and influencing factors. Constructingthe indicator system of voluntary information disclosure of the commercial banks by contentanalysis method and evaluating the Bank of voluntary information disclosure level. In theempirical section, select the Bank of China in2009has completed its listing as a sample,integrated use of descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regressionthrough the establishment of a multiple regression equation, measurement methods, toconduct a detailed study of the influencing factors. The empirical results show that bank size,capacity development, the nature and size of the board of the largest shareholder to voluntaryinformation disclosure of listed commercial banks have a significant impact.
