The Research On The Business Operation Of Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Based On The Service And International Service Principle

With the development of international trade, free trade policy is more and more popular, and at the same time, global trade in goods, trade in services become more frequent between different countries and as a result the requirements of clearance rate for each country’s is faster and faster. Free economic zones have become the countries’ new darling to promote customs passing speed. There are Free Port, Free Trade Zones, Export Processing Zones, Science and Technology Industrial Park in the world, and Free Trade Zone, Bonded Logistics Park, Economic and Technological Development Zone and now the new comprehensive Free Trade Zone which have distinctive Chinese characteristics in the process of reform and opening up in China.Comprehensive Free Trade Zone approved by the State Council that is established in the national ports and its related area, integrates the bonded zones, the export processing zones and bonded logistics parks in all policies and functions. Comprehensive Free Trade Zone is open to the highest level in Mainland China, has the most preferential policies and the most complete functions. The Ministry of Commerce has been paying a lot attention to how to take full advantage of special zone for international trade to expend its economy.In this paper, there are three core values. The first is, the author takes the Comprehensive Bonded Zone as an economic entity which is an innovation. The second is, treating the Comprehensive Bonded Zone as a service provider and using the principles of service and international service to analyze its business to get some improvement. The third is, Weifang comprehensive Free Trade Zone as non-coastal and non-border area, its interrelated experience will give an important revelation to Chinese other non-coastal and non-border area.Firstly, the paper will introduce the "special zone for international trade". Secondly, from a innovative point, the author take it as a service provider and analyze it on the basic of the principles of service and international service. At last, the paper will analyze the revelation got from Comprehensive Bonded Zone to Chinese majority of non-coastal and non-border region.
