A-L company is a famous large communication equipment suppliers in the fieldof international communication. It is a multinational group before A company inFrance and the United States of America L company merger. In2000, the globalnetwork of high-tech bubble burst, high-tech network companies have fallen. In thiscontext, A company and L company tries to mutual exchange of needed products bymerging, learn from each other. However, after the merger of enterprises did notadjust the development as early as expected, but the efficiency decreased,development difficult situation. How to improve the performance of the company, sothat it can get into the track of healthy development, has become a pressing matter ofthe moment A-L company’s current development urgent.According to the theory of mergers, restructuring theory and business processreengineering theory, starting from the comparison of operating efficiency of A-Lbefore and after the merger, the system analysis the main problem facing A-Lcompany development and its reason, and mergers and acquisitions cases in the studyof domestic and foreign enterprise, prudent selection of fusion development of A-Lcompany put forward strategies and measures, in order to provide relevant referencefor development of A-L company as soon as possible into a benign orbit.Practice shows that the zone of conflict, cultural conflict, the production mode ofoperation conflict and sales mode is A-L company after the merger due to poorperformance, the key factors affecting the future development of the company.Company culture shape, pattern of production and operation integration constructionand sales integration and innovation is an effective means to solve the currentpredicament and future development of A-L company. At this stage should focus onthree tasks: first, reshaping corporate culture, through the innovation of enterpriseenvironment, establish a corporate values, establish a corporate representative anderecting enterprise communication channel conflict. Second, integration of buildingenterprise production management way, by ensuring product quality as the center, toreduce the cost of production as the means, improve production and innovation speedand increase the flexible production mode to adapt quickly to market demand, toachieve enterprise development objective. Third, innovation and integration ofenterprise marketing, brand assets through propaganda, to determine market productstrategy, and to design and integration of marketing channel, open up the market withthe brand, the expansion of demand. At the same time, focus on the business benefitsof A-L company’s promotion, should be to build new organization and managementmechanism in order to ensure the smooth construction of enterprise management, training mechanism to ensure that the enterprise talent vitality model talent, thenormal operation of the construction of enterprise supervision mechanism to ensurethe effective system, all kinds of risk for construction risk avoidance mechanism tohelp enterprises to actively respond to the development process.
