The Enterprise’s Environmental Cost And Its Control Undre The Condition Of Circular Economy

Circular economy occurred under the circumstances of sharp increase in global population, shortage of resource, environmental pollution and ecological damage, it requires all materials and energy utilized reasonably and durably in the ongoing economic cycle, make the influence which economic activities on the natural environment down to the smallest level, completely changed the action of dealing with environmental pollution after making the pollution. Therefore, the implementation of circular economy has become a global economic development indicator.With the circular economy used in the internal and external environment of enterprise, meaning and control method of enterprise’s environmental cost is different from that of the traditional economic conditions, which reflects the feature and control methods of enterprise’s environmental cost under the recycle production system. The environmental cost control method of the product life cycle is a new method under the circular economy. Especially for the method of the product life cycle, the academic achievement is little.This article choose the areas which Theory horizon not in-depth study:combine circular economy with business environmental cost, put forward the department control method and control method of the product life cycle.Firstly, list the relevance theory of the business environmental cost under circular economy, present the modern enterprise should developed in the circular economy, should put the recycling of resources into the part of enterprise environmental cost control.Secondly, use three different methods to research enterprise environmental cost and cost control, introduce Caofeidian example validates the above discussion.
