A healthy and complete financial system enhances the economic through promoting capital flows and stimulating renewable mechanism. And conversely, economic growth boosts the faster development of financial industry. Today, in the boom of financial industry, financial cluster attracts more and more attention of scholars. Unfortunately, although the research of manufacturing industrial cluster is much more mature, the study of financial industry cluster is still deficient.In recent years, financial industry plays more and more important role in the construction of beibu gulf urban development. And it becomes obvious that financial industry turns into an antecedence among industry development. China advocates regional economy co-prosperity, especially in the way of economic region and urban agglomeration. In2008,after the Sate Council approval of beibu gulf urban agglomeration plan, Beibu gulf urban agglomeration’s financial industry has walked into a rapid development. However, in the initial stage, it is still lack of competition. In conclusion, how to improve the financial competitiveness and radiating powers plays a vital role in the rise of urban agglomeration.This article follows the logic sequencing and general framework, which are ’theory, evaluation systems, empirical analysis, counter measure’.In the first place, based on the theory study of financial agglomeration, As the crosswise comparison,bring in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration and Pearl River Delta agglomeration, then estimate these urban agglomerations if they exist financial cluster by HHI and LQ, apply SPSS statistical software to factor analysis, at last, calculate the financial radiates strength throgh the wilson’s model.
