However, in the past20years, China’s automobile enterprises justpassive direct import Multi-National Corporation vehicle or assemblies mature models, andthe lack of digestion and absorption and improvement and innovation of advancedtechnologies. In this research, lack of initiative in the independent research and development,for a long time in the process of cooperation and lack of the right of discourse in a passiveposition. China’s government to foreign enterprises and easing strategy for foreign enterprisesillegal omission, resulting in most of China’s automobile market share occupied by foreignenterprises and Multi-National Corporation, domestic enterprises reduced to the "workshopof foreign enterprises "assembly. Based on the research of our country’s automobile industry"market for technology" strategy and relevant documents, collect the relevant data of China’sautomobile industry technology, patents and market in recent years, SCP model was appliedto the comprehensive analysis on the " exchanging market for technology " development ofthe Chinese automobile industry after the implementation of the strategy.
