Employee’s physical and mental health is closely related with the performance ofindividuals not only, more is closely connected with the benefit of the enterprise,employees’ psychological problems gradually cause the attention of domestic andforeign enterprises. Employee assistance program (EAP) as an important way to solvethis problem, in recent years become the research object of many scholars, domesticor even some companies have implemented EAP project, and achieved significantresults.This article through to the domestic and foreign relevant literature review,theoretical basis of research on the in-depth, on the basis of summary and induction,from the angles of enterprises and employees to the enterprise implementation ofEAP related factors was analyzed. First of all, this article from two aspects: enterpriseneeds and employee needs this paper expounds the necessity of implementation ofEAP in Yunnan tobacco enterprise; From the enterprise industry background and thebasis of an analysis of the scale, the strength of the feasibility of implementation ofEAP in yunnan tobacco enterprise. Second, this article EAP employees of yunnantobacco enterprises demand situation investigation and study, kunming, Dali andother cigarette factories in Hongta group subordinate issued a total of320questionnaires,298valid questionnaires, to get firsthand material, and usingSPSS16.0to questionnaire data descriptive statistics analysis, single factor varianceanalysis, correlation analysis, the following conclusions:1, staff’s demand in the EAP program is different;2, the employee’s personal basic characteristics on the relationship betweenemployee EAP requirements are;3, staff feels EAP requirements are related to employees;4, staff’s cognition in the EAP requirements are related to employees. Finally, based on the analysis of the literature and research, on the basis ofreference the EAP implementation plan of the well-known enterprises at home andabroad, from the implementation of EAP principle, guiding ideology, overallplanning, preparation, implementation process, etc. Build the EAP implementationproject of tobacco enterprises in Yunnan.
