The meeting pointedout, to speed up the restructuring and revitalization of the steel industry, to control the totalelimination of backwardness, consolidation and reorganization, technological innovation,optimize the layout for the focus to promote the steel industry to grow stronger.In view of this study is intended to the Chinese steel industry, listed companies for thestudy, nearly five years samples of the company’s financial reporting data as the basis forempirical analysis aims to analyze the industrial restructuring and rejuvenation policies ofthe operating results of the analysis of the steel industry listed companies impact.The article structures, first of all define the connotation of the concept of operatingresults and the relevant empirical literature is briefly reviewed and summed up. Time isbounded by the listed companies of China’s steel industry financial indicators before andafter planning the introduction of changes and trends and then introduced to the industryrevitalization plan, the establishment of multiple linear regression model of the operatingresults and financial indicators, industry revitalization plan listed on the steel industry thecompany’s operating results of empirical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of policiesand influence the intensity.
