With the development of aerospace industry and the coming of space economy, applications of satellite, one of the national strategic emerging industries, have been developing rapidly. Space Star Technology CO. Ltd is the company that concentrates on the research of satellites, manufacturers of satellite application system and equipment and services of satellite operations. So it is the good opportunity for Space Star Technology CO. Ltd to develop career in applications of satellite industry. However, the problems of customer maintenance and access to informantion have come out as the fast development of business contributes to the increasing amount of daily communication and project tracking. At the same time, the traditional management of maketing is no longer fit or even hinder the development of our company since our company have stretched to three main market including military market, civil market and international market. So it turns out to be the time to change our market management system by changing the market management system in order to improve sales efficiency and expand market.Starting from the overall effect of team and improvement of marketing, this paper divides the organization structure from the perspectives of civil and military. Meanwhile, the paper also adjusts customer’s partition, organization, personnel management, post setting and special service management which eventually from the new management system suitable for the rapid development of business and the trend of market economy. All these enable the company to improve its ability accomplishing market strategic objectives. This study can also provide a case for some similar enterprises which need to make appropriate adjustments for their own enterprises.
