At present, with social progress and economic development, the world has bec-ome the interaction, inseparable the system of political, social, economic, andecological environment, corporate social responsibility is more and more widespreadconcern at home and abroad. In recent decades, such as labor disputes, discrimination,environmental pollution and other issues are inextricably linked with enterprises,China will be the key areas of global corporate social responsibility movement.So, tocarry out research on corporate social responsibility has quite urgent practical andtheoretical significance. At the same time of pursuiting profit, company need to takeinto account the interests of stakeholders and fulfill social responsibility, this can helpenterprises to establish a good social image, attract and retain talent, enhance thereputation of the business products and services, which can be more good for itsperformance. In recent years, some scholar bagin to study the relationship amongsocial responsibility, reputation and performance, the result is positive or negative or aweaker relation,but until now, they have not got a unified conclusion.This paper uses a combination of normative and empirical research methods,aims to establishment a system according to Xinjiang, to explore the relationshipamong social responsibility, reputation and performance. First, with literature review,though reading papers of the domestic and foreign scholars, finding out the deficiencyand put forward ideas.This paper adopts the qualitative to the quantitative to thequalitative methods, namely through qualitative research hypotheses, test hypothesesthrough quantitative research, after necessary supplementary qualitative research andvalidation, and the discovery of new problems in the process of conducting theempirical analysis. in order to work out the system of indicators to measure threevariables to retrieve the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Shenzhen Stock Exchangelisted companies in Xinjiang announced publicly available data, this paper usespss20.0statistical software to analysis factor, re-naming of the metrics of eachvariable, further established social responsibility, reputation and corporateperformance indicator system. Finally, we make relevant suggestions based on result.
