The Research Of Design And Pricing For Asset Securtization

This thesis first introduce the definition, development and transactionprocess of the asset securitization, then analyze the development of assetsecuritization in China, the relevant laws and regulations, the currentproducts and existed problems. We also research on the factors that influencethe pricing of asset securitization, combined with the case analysis; we revealthe significant meaning and future prospective of the asset securitization.
