Corporate Governance Research Of Security Firms In China

With the further deepening of Chinese financial sector and opening up,on the one hand, securities market in China is characterized by rapid growth.On the other hand, security firms in China are facing tremendous pressure inthe institutional environment, risk management, competition from the outsideworld, which are put forward higher requirements for us to further improvethe governance of security firms.We direct corporate governance research on Chinese security firms, notonly because security firms, as modern enterprises, have normal requirementsfor governance mechanism, but also because security firms have some specialcharacteristics. They possess larger asset volume than majority of industrialand commercial enterprises, which makes the research on corporategovernance of security firms much more meaningful than other enterprises．Different model of corporate governance is formed by differenteconomic systems, human factors. With the means of comparative study,criterion analysis and case study and beginning with the fundamental theoryof corporate governance, the dissertation constructs the framework ofmanagement analysis of securities companies. It compares the typicalmanagement models in developed country, analyzes the management status ofsecurity firms in China, on the basis of theoretical analysis of corporategovernance and study of corporate governance modes in overseas securityfirms, this paper puts forward some suggestions with certain practicalsignificance.
