Automobile manufacturing is the important part of economic. The development of thetruck manufacture is not only the power for the development of automobile industry butalso for other industry of China. In our competitive market, sale has been changed: from“product-centric” to “customer-centric”, and also as the relationship of the truckmanufacturer and agency. The problem focuses on how to deal with the distributor. In thispaper, by using the data mining technology, according to the theory of customerrelationship management to expounded the method of enhancing the value of distributors.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) Making a comprehensive analysis of customer value analysis,and also analyzingabout the data mining.(2) The relationship between customer value analysis and data mining. Using datamining technology to solve some problems in the agency relationship and thus to improvethe value of the purpose of distributors.(3) Present condition and developing of the truck industry in china. List the problemsof truck manufacturers and distributors.(4) Building distributor value model to solve those problems, like using clusteranalysis to classification of distributors; using decision tree to analyze the high valuedistributors; using abnormal detection technique to prevent loss of distributors;using theassociation rules on truck market promotion; Using neural network technology to analyzethe value of distributors.(5) An empirical analysis on this paper, to verify the effectiveness of theclassification.(6) Put forward strategies to improve truck distributors value, thereby enhancing thetruck distributors value.It combines with data mining technology and customer value analysis to enhance thevalue of the distributors. And they may be used a leading for other fields.
