In recent years, with the increasing pressure of market competition, China’scommercial banks are committed to business transformation, the profound reflection onlong-term since its business process and organization structure, more energy and resourceallocation from the simple network expansion, product competition into the optimizationof flow construction, improve operational efficiency.Based on the existing management process ABOC bank accounting vouchers,combined with the related concept of standardized management and lean productionmanagement, has carried on the analysis to the accounting document managementprocess of large commercial banks and development trend of the financial industry andputs forward proposals for development feasibility.This paper mainly in accordance with the "discovery problem, analysis ofproblem-solution-Analysis of feasibility scheme" to spread. The first chapter mainlyintroduces the general situation of ABOC bank’s enterprise, and the meaning of this study,background and main content, research focus, the significance of the topic, the statement;theory of standardization and lean management chapter second involved in this study arebriefly described, the research status at home and abroad; the third chapter mainlyanalyzes and Research on ABOC bank accounting vouchers process status, combinedwith the actual situation of the existing flow setup and development of problems in-depthanalysis. The fourth chapter combined with the related concept of standardizedmanagement and lean management, combined with the characteristics of businessprocess of commercial bank, accounting document management processes were analyzed,and put forward the optimization ideas and specific implementation plan. Thestandardization management work is divided into four stages, namely the basic work(preparation stage), the stage is mainly to establish standardized management workleading group and enhance its internal acceptance; the main contents of the first stagework for the establishment of a standardized management, establish managementstandards, so that the production system flexibility; the second stage for the specificimplementation stage, the main content is in accordance with the standard reconstructionaccounting voucher system, and establish the detailed operation standard for counteroperations; third stage is the extension phase, based on document standardization,standardization of the counter operation, can be in the accounting documents related toepitaxial equipment and service system is also included in the standard managementcategory to effectively enhance the work efficiency, based on strict control of operatingcosts.
