Study Of Peasant Cooperation In Poor Areas From The Perspective Of Marx’s Cooperation Theory

With the further deepening of socialist new rural construction in China, the degreeof Agricultural modernization continues to strengthen in our country, the marketdemand for new agricultural development mode more and more strongly.In the poorareas of China’s rural due to natural conditions, historical and social conditions andother factors, regional economic development is slow, the living standards of farmersneed to be improved. Farmer cooperation as an effective approach to the developmentof the rural economy, its development is directly related to whether the impoverishedarea take off deficient to become rich, but also related to the socialist new ruralconstruction process.On the basis of Marx’s cooperation theory, this study from the perspective ofcooperation from farmers in poor areas, combining the results of a questionnairesurvey of325rural households in Hebei Province, analysis of the current situation ofpeasant cooperation in poverty area. To analysis the reasons for the difficulties ofdevelopment from the four aspects of environmental factors, the government factors,institutional factors, personnel factors of farmers in poverty-stricken areas ofcooperation.The analysis results show that, restricts the development of farmercooperation in the following aspects: the impoverished area is mostly located in remote,can use fewer resources, transportation is not convenient; the current governmentcooperation of farmers in poverty-stricken areas to support is not enough; the existingpeasants cooperative organization system is not perfect; Grass-roots cadres are lack ofability to lead farmers to develop cooperation, the enthusiasm of farmers to participatein cooperation is not high.To solve the problems in the cooperation, need Marx’s farmer cooperative theoryand the reality of China policy as a guide, learn from the successful experience ofdomestic and foreign farmer cooperative development in poor areas, according to thecurrent situation of the proposed solution. First, to protect the interests of farmers, toguide farmers to voluntarily join, the progressive development of the farmercooperative principle in various forms; second, the government should correctpositioning, to provide a favorable external environment for the development of farmercooperation; third, the development of farmer cooperation needs to establish a soundsystem of farmer cooperation; fourth, strengthening the construction of grass-rootscadres, improve grassroots cadres to lead the peasants’ development ability of peasantcooperation; fifth, carry out training actively, improve the comprehensive quality offarmers.
