Reserch On Internet Financial Reporting Mode Based On XBRL

XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) is a tool that to provide a standardized method to compose, publish company’s financial report.The company use XBRL through the Internet can easily convert the financial information to PDF files, HTML pages and other formats that users can accept,and better soluted the problem of exchanging report information during the process of financial reporing and transmission,report generation which is time-consuming and information analyzed and excavation which is difficultly. Not only the user can get the reliable information quickly and accurately through XBRL.but also can achieve the exchange of information among the heterogeneous systems.Many advantages of XBRL caused a upsurge that insiders study it.The National Standardization Management Committee and the Ministry of Finance hold a news conference in Beijing,October2010,officially released Extensible Business Reporting Language(XBRL) specification series or national standards and common classification standards of corporate accounting standards and carry out on January1,2011,which marks the coming of accounting information.This article has exactly studied the internet financial reporting model based on XBRL in the background of the fact that I wish I could make some contribution to the theory and practice popularization of the network financial report mode based on XBRL through my efforts. The first chapter of the paper introduces the research background, method,significance, related literature review and the innovation of the paper. Chapter2analyzes the theory basis of network financial report, the technical basis and the architecture pattern of XBRL, laying a sound foundation for the next chapter to set up the XBRL financial report mode. Chapter3elaborates the construction of XBRL financial report mode based on the network financial report theory, using XBRL technology, comprehensive data collection, unified standard and format. Then the flexible operation mechanism is also mentioned in compliance with the train of thought to make clear the objective, main body and implementation method of the financial report. The fourth chapter introduces the application of the network financial report based on XBRL and conclude that the XBRL network financial report is the only road to realize the application of financial report in the information age through the analysis of the application of XBRL network financial report in Ningbo HuaXiang Company. At last, I propose some suggestions to solve the related problems which exist in the application of XBRL network financial report in China.
