Then on this basis, combining with the situation of our country, to our country small credit guarantee insurance for agricultural production operator, this specific target group in the sense of the economics analysis, including China’s small credit guarantee insurance supply and demand analysis, developing condition analysis and "booster utility" analysis. Then aiming at small credit guarantee insurance the actual situation, the pricing technology and pricing methods were chosen, and based on the expected loss pricing model for China’s small credit guarantee insurance pricing for empirical research. At last, according to China’s small credit guarantee insurance pricing problem in this paper and puts forward some suggestions.
