On The Influencing Factors Of Information Disclosure Of Internal Control In Private Listed Companies

Sarbanes-OxleyAct has been adopted in the united States since July,2002and mandatory requirements on Information Disclosure of companies’Internal Control has also been officially proposed, which makes many governments, investors and scholars focus on companies’s Information Disclosure of Internal Control. The guidelines of listed companies’Internal Control in Shanghai Stock Exchange was promulgated in2006in China, which set strict standard for Information Disclosure of listed companies’ Internal Control and made it to change from voluntary disclosure to compulsory disclosure. This has made increasing people focus on information disclosure of companies’ internal control, the influencing factors and current situation of Information Disclosure of Internal Control have been studied, its existing problems have been found and many feasible suggestions have been proposed.With the rapid development of China’s economy, private listed companies in our country have also grown rapidly, which makes increasing people focus on these companies and intensify our understanding on them. However, the empirical research on Information Disclosure of private listed companies’Internal Control and the research on its influencing factors based on Agency cost theory are far from enough. Based on the statistics of private listed small and medium-sized enterprises in Shen Zhen,This paper,which studies the influencing factors of Information Disclosure of Internal control mainly on the basis of agent cost, points out the current situation of information disclosure in private listed companies’ internal control and Puts forward specific measures to improve it, by the combination of theory and concrete evidence.
