Organizational Support has been highly regarded by scholars and companies. Thestudy on the relationship between employee and organization only pay attention to theemployees of a bottom-up recognition and loyalty behavior, but the relative neglect ofthe other side, namely the organization of staff support research.From the viewpoint ofOrganizational Support, how to improve employees’ Job Satisfaction, inspireemployees to work out their potentialities and bring the greatest benefits for theenterprise, is the important problem that administering authority is anxious to exploreand solve.On the basis of the review of domestic and international relevant study aboutOrganizational Support, this thesis takes enterprise employees in Hunan area asresearch object, and makes organizational trust as variable to discuss the relationshipbetween organizational support and job satisfaction. This study takes253enterpriseemployees as samples, and uses SPSS13.0and AMOS7.0software to carry on factoranalysis, reliability and validity analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis andregression analysis, it is found there is a significant positive relationship betweenOrganizational Support and Job Satisfaction, as well as five dimensions (Employee jobsatisfaction itself, promotion opportunity, working compensation, superior leaders,colleague relationship) of employees’ overall job satisfaction itself; OrganizationalSupport has positive relationship with employee organizational trust, it has indirectinfluence on employees’ Job Satisfaction via Organizational Trust.Based on the conclusion, this paper puts forward some management suggestions,such as targeted the design and the implementation of the human resourcesmanagement practices to increase on employees Organizational Support; in theorganization and employee labor relations to create an atmosphere of trust; from fivedimensions of measures to improve the staff on the Job Satisfaction.
