Acceleration of the process of world economic integration, making trade betweencountries, economic and other aspects of exchanges become more frequent. Manymembers of different nationalities gathered to work together in the same company,these members have different cultural backgrounds, so the cultural conflict will beinevitable. In the international journey, cultural differences is becoming the core ofChinese business managers problems. Many Chinese enterprises in the domestic earlystage of development has been easy, however, as the company gradually expand andentailed because cultural differences arising from cultural conflicts cause agitated,and some began to detours, and some eventually to die. China’s multinationalcompanies to enter new markets in developing decision-making process, must face arange of possible succession occurred especially in the cultural conflict issues, aseries of careful and complex decisions.In this paper, the use of international business case analysis in the form ofcross-cultural management for the subject of several case studies related to analysisand special investigations. Scholars at home and abroad on the basis of closely itsown characteristics of Chinese enterprises to explore China’s multinational enterprisesin cross-cultural management issues. This particular through the Chinese automobileenterprises overseas mergers and acquisitions the first case, in-depth analysis of theSAIC in cross-cultural management, many problems exist, Chinese enterprises inoverseas mergers and acquisitions, when will focus more into the capital, technology,and legal aspects of the contents of the consultation, the local culture, traditions,customs and other difficult to digest quickly.
