It is promoting financial innovation that economic development and the promotion of science and technology. Social progress and the spread of education are promoting the ideology of the people. Personal finance products generated by financial innovation adapt to the income increasing attention to the concept of financial planning. So personal finance products gradually become the focus of the era, becoming people discuss with each other to talk about.Personal financial products as an object of study, analysis of influencing factors of personal finance products with a different perspective, the purpose is to explore the development path of our personal finance products to promote the progress of the product. The general idea of this article is the personal finance macro growth factors, the concept of competitive factors, the microscopic direction and pricing factors analysis, the risk of personal finance products inductive analysis and propose appropriate preventive recommendations aim impact factors research and analysis of the benefits and risks of personal finance products, find the balance, the research results can be applied to specific personal finance product development of commercial banks to play a guiding practice purposes.The first part is an introduction to introduce the background of the topics, significance is determined through the analysis of the research background of this study.
