QFII are generally well-known investment institutions in Europe and the United States, they have huge experience in the securities market. In comparison, China’s securities investment funds need to learn from many places. Since the2008financial crisis, the global economy has not yet fully recovered, and then falls back into the debt crisis. China’s economy has also been a great influence. From the Chinese stock market can be seen that The Shanghai Composite Index dropped from the highest point of6124.04in2007to October20081723.25. Then, the Chinese stock market is alternating constantly between bull and bear markets.The biggest problem in China’s securities investment funds is how to choose the best stocks held in this stock market environment, how to avoid risks and how to achieve better performance. During bull and bear markets, Contrast differences of the holding share partiality of China’s securities investment fund and QFⅡ helps to analyze the characteristics of QFⅡ holdings in China’s A share market. It is helpful to improve the formulation of the QFⅡ system and to develep China’s securities investment funds in the future.
