A Study Of Small Micro Enterprise Credit Evaluation Method

Most of the private enterprises in China are small and medium enterprises even or small and micro enterprises, which came after ten years of rapid development of the bottleneck stage. The one hand, the small and micro enterprises are in the natural disadvantage when compete with large state-owned enterprises, on the other hand, small business are facing financial difficulties, high financing costs is the shackles of growth and development of small and micro enterprises.Small micro-enterprise credit evaluation and review technique mainly includes credit score card model and scene investigation techniques. Credit score card is a mathematical statistics which evaluates the borrower’s ability and willing to repay and recognize their credit characteristics and then calculate the credit risk that may occur through analysis of historical data. The core of scene investigation techniques is site investigation, which rely on the manager’s judgment.The empirical study of credit score card model found that the prediction accuracy of the four models of training samples are very close, but the neural network model has obvious advantages of test samples. Considered by this study, credit score card model is not sufficient to cover the credit risk of small micro-enterprise. Site investigation techniques based on real information is a better way to evaluate customers’ability and willing to repay and small micro-enterprise credit scoring models can be auxiliary means.Commercial banks have begun to attach importance to the accumulation and application of their own historical data and with the constant improvement of whole social credit system credit scoring models will be more intelligent and stable. The predictive ability of credit scoring models to new customer will be significantly increased with an increasing number of training samples and its application field will be more extensive.
