With the development of global economic integration, Enhancing competitiveness iscrucial during the fierce competition in the market environment, Enterprises continuethrough a variety of ways to improve their stamina and potential of development when theyare to continue to survive and develop. Human resource, as the comprise of the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, play a key role in competition. In order to achieve businessobjectives of the organization and management, we need to continue to establish andimprove employee and department performance appraisal system, and with an effectivereward and punishment mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity ofemployees, continue to improve the level of performance management.ZY company as the research object in the thesis. This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction part of the performance management, focused primarilyon research background and significance, both domestic and foreign research onperformance management, and introduced the main contents of this paper, and summarizesresearch ideas and research methods. The second chapter describes the relevant theoreticalbasis, introduces performance appraisal, performance management concepts, performancemanagement connotation, processes, roles, etc., mainly introduces the target managementtheory, BSC theory, key indicators law theory. We introduce the basic situation of thecompany and the company’s performance appraisal situation in the third chapter. We mainlyanalyzes many exist problems on performance management in ZY corporate and somereasons that causes. In the Chapter IV, we mainly through multi-level, all aspects ofmanagement methods for different positions and job responsibilities of different departmentsto assess and construct suitable ZY company’s performance management system, andpropose specific performance management system implemented measures. Finally, it is thefull text of the summary and outlook.
