Cost method is one of the three major real estate valuation method, especially whenthe market method and return method cannot complete the valuation, cost method is thatthey do not have the adaptability, people sometimes take cost method is regarded as "thefinal valuation method".In real estate appraisal, he is the main valuation methods, especially in Harbin, theold city real estate with large quantity and wide coverage, the use cost valuation method ismore reasonable and more quickly, about the concept of cost method and the theoreticalbasis of this article, the principle of cost valuation method to follow, the applicable scopeand conditions of use.
