By2012, China’s GDP has been in the second place of the all nations, with12380billion dollars. Howerer, we have a huge population of1.3billion, and the synthetic energy consuming per10000RMB of GDP is3-11times as much as developed countries, indicating that our economic growth mode is rather rough which neglects efficiency and aims only at expansion.Industry is the main force in pushing economy forward. Take heavy industry for instance,demand for resource is very regid as economy develops, such as imported amount of iron ore, monohydrallite andcrude oil etc. which are needed in steel industry,nonferrous industry and petroleum industry rises rapidly to half of domestic production. Even though, a lot of steel factory, alumium factory, cement plant and other factories of this kind are founded by firms of both local and central, to fight for a place in this ever-changing environment, and consequently some carrier-level group companies. This trend makes excessive production capacity at the macro level. To handle with this,the nation starts to adjust industrial structure for several times. Alunium industry, for example,has seen great revolution in recent ten years, with more and more strict national policies and supply-demand relationship much more rational,industrial sturctue much more upgrading, which altogether help our alunium industry develop healthly.At present, electrolytic aluminium industry is energy intensive and restricted worldwide.
