Chengdu YD company is the largest telecommunication service provider inChengdu. Its optical fiber network service is growing toward a large-scale level. Whenfacing vast amount of business data, how to speedily get the accurate knowledge out ofthem has become the hot spot and difficulty of our research.With the2009restructuring of the telecommunications curtain, China TelecomCo acquired Chinese Unicom CDMA network (CDMA network), China Netcom andChina Unicom Network merging, basic telecommunication business Chinese Satcom isChina Telecom merged, China Tietong is China Mobile merger. The three operatorsformed a situation of tripartite confrontation trend, become the three full-serviceoperators. Facing the new situation under the pressure of competition, enterprise how tosurvive in the fierce competitive environment, is a permanent topic. Companies beganthe development process of informatization, this process began rapid development frominformation industry, telecommunication industry.This article is carried out in such a background, basic data, collected by YDcompany group customer business operations business group special business--consumer payment behavior data and other data, the statistical model, the classificationmodel, forecast model, forecasting analysis factors bottleneck operation anddevelopment of the the future group line services; at the same time, customersegmentation, to provide decision support for the customer marketing. After reviewingthe relevant theory based on data mining, the concept of data mining, algorithm, processare introduced; then using decision tree, data mining of time series algorithm, using theEXCEL SQL external tools, analysis of existing in YD company provided Chengdu lineindustry issues and the future development trend diagnosis of YD company, Chengduline of business process, the existing business at the bottleneck problem, and the futureof marketing and management, and puts forward some suggestions.In this paper, through the analysis of YD company in Chengdu line businessoperation flow characteristics, combined with corporate existence of system datadocking problem and low efficiency problem, find out the shortage of Chengdu YDcompany existing line operation system, reasonable system design for the developmentof the company, supporting scheme corresponding, to ensure the smooth operation of the system, and the operation results are assessed, targeted recommendations forimprovement. Faced with an increasingly competitive market environment, theenterprise marketing should be transformed from the traditional extensive to intensive,high value, and the process of data mining technology is a very good means of support.The rise and development of reference data mining marketing the concept of change inenterprise is far greater than the technology itself, for enterprises to create value. Inorder to adapt to the fierce market competition environment, the enterprise marketingconcept must change, but how should change, hope to bring more enlightenmentthrough the analysis and research of this paper.
