How companies choose their own performance management system, improve the effectiveness of performance management in the endless stream of today’s performance management theory, techniques and tools, most of the enterprises are full of choice blindness. Therefore, not using the latest performance management technology for the enterprise can create value, how effective performance management system for the enterprise, and become an important issue that must be studied.For "performance management" is more for management technology or management tools; discuss more "performance management" starting from the experience of the management personnel, which is a summary of the experience. Therefore, based on the basic theory of the "performance management" to explore how to improve the effectiveness of enterprise performance management. Therefore, from the point of view of the basic theory of the "performance management" to explore the effectiveness of enterprise performance management not only provide a reference for the purposes of performance management level to improve enterprise can make up for domestic-based theory of "performance management "lack of research.Generally believed that management control theory and the theory of organizational behavior, the basic theory of the "performance management", the former can explain why "performance management" similar to the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle, while the latter help explain corporate managers is how to use the information on the impact. Drawn from five areas to enhance the validity of the conclusions of the enterprise performance management system.
