Research On The Refinancing Proposal Of Qixiang TengDa Chemical CO., LTD.

Refinancing is a very important issue in the development process of listed companies. Options of refinancing method need to be fully coordinated company’s capital structure, corporate assets and investors’ ability to withstand the relationship. Choosing the right refinancing method is not only beneficial to improve and perfect the company financial management system, but also can promote the rapid development of company. A large number of academic studies have shown that most of our listed companies choose equity refinancing way. However, this preference is not necessarily to apply for all listed companies. In order to choose the right refinancing method for Qixiang Tengda Chemical CO., LTD., this article will discuss and analyze the refinance problems of Qixiang Tengda Chemical CO., LTD.In this paper, the study object is Qixiang Tengda refinancing mode selection. Through literature search, data queries and other methods, learning from several domestic and foreign experiences, refinancing comparative analysis, combining with the company’s own actual situation, the domestic macro-economic situation and the company’s internal and external environment to identify suitable refinancing proposal. On the basis of the experiences of financing options at home and abroad, combining with the company’s current financial position and capital structure, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of mode of refinancing, finally it is concluded that the convertible bonds is the best choice for Qixiang Tengda company. And in accordance with relevant national policies and regulations as well as learning from the existing terms of the convertible bonds, designing to suitable terms of convertible bonds program for Qixiang Tengda company.Through this research, we chose convertible bond refinancing for Qixiang Tengda company and make a design plan of convertible bond. We hope Qixiang Tengda company can use results of this study to choose refinance bonds, in this way the company can play a role in optimizing the capital structure and promoting the company’s long-term development. We also hope provide beneficial reference for companies such as Qixiang Tengda listed companies in the Small Business Edition and other Listed companies in the same industry, thus facilitating the healthy development of the capital market and rapid economic growth of China.
