At present, companies must upgrade human resources management in order to better manage staff and achieve corporate strategic goals under the background of the electric power system reform. Therefore, it is of great significance to enhance enterprise performance management, in particular to establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system. It can improve staff capacity, strengthen the sense of responsibility, clear management responsibilities, and improve human resource management to achieve corporate strategic goals.In this paper, the research object is DKZX frontline staff performance appraisal system. The research methods are data analysis and interviews and questionnaires. It can be found problems and reasons by Survey of DKZX front-line staff performance appraisal system. While the principles are fair and open, people-oriented, practical and operational. Based on the use of KPI and360-degree feedback, it is improved of the performance appraisal system.Optimization designing the performance appraisal system for frontline staff of DKZX provides technical support for frontline staff and DKZX. At the same time, it is positive meaningful to promotion performance of frontline staff and the whole enterprise.
