This paper substantively aimed the internal control system of the K beveragecompany limited. It attempted to analyze deeply the main problems existing in theinternal control regulation of this corporation, meanwhile put forward an improvedstrategic plan leading to a more successful effort of internal control system. Five factorsof the COSO report: internal control environment, risk analysis, internal controlactivities, information&communication, supervision. These elements were involved asthe key control points as we try to improved scheme. This paper proposed to renewinternal control system around perfecting five essential factors for K BeverageCorporation. Generally this methods have implicated in problem analysis and solving aswell as value for optimizing internal control systems. |
