Hebei Province, asthe most populous province, the unsuitability of the medical needs of people with healthservice delivery is particularly significant, the risk that hospitals are facing with is moreserious. Therefore, establishing and perfecting the system of internal control based on riskmanagement of hospital has the very vital significance in promoting long-term stable andstable development of state-owned hospitals.On the premise of related literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes theproblem of internal control existing in state hospitals in Hebei Province by questionnaireform and discusses the risk existing in the state hospital, on these basis, this paperestablishes the internal control system based on risk management. This article includes sixparts: the first part of introduction, by the introduction to research background lead tostudy significance of this article, on the basis of related literature at home and abroadexpound in this paper, elaborate the research contents, research methods and innovationpoints. The second part of the related concepts and theoretical basis, introduces the uniquenature of the state hospital as a unique social institution, and expounds the internal controlframework theory and risk management theory. The third part of the present situationhospital internal control, through the questionnaire analysis problem of hospital internalcontrol system in our country, and on this basis to find out the cause of the defects ininternal control.
