Dynamic Adjustment Of The Performance Assessment Indicators

As the core and difficult content of the performance management, performance evaluationindex system is the carrier to implement and support the business strategy. Based onspecialization, efficiency-seeking individual performance appraisals, most of the traditionalindicators can only achieve limited optimum, which lack of a systematic consideration, the staticindicators make it difficult in correctly reflecting the dynamic performance assessment indicators,thus they are not comparable.The cost evaluation system directly affects the overall profits of the enterprise anddepartmental goals. At present, in order to avoid the cost assessment caused by the interferenceof the market price, many domestic iron and steel enterprises take the internal price strategy intoaccount, just to form a relatively stable cost index assessment of the responsibility center.However the drawback caused in this way is likely to be that the market price deviated from theactual production of the high cost. Therefore, the thesis carries out the research in the abovebackground. An integrated modeling framework is established, which made a systematicexpression of the corporate system, the system of responsibility center, enterprise environmentand other complex functions and modules as well as sub-models of mechanical system andinnovation system. The dynamic role relationships between the responsibility centers indicatorsand their overall performance were explored, and finally, the mechanical subsystem was taken asan example, and the cost indicators that can be quantified with a high degree were studied,finally recommendations based on optimal system were given for performance indicators toadjust and optimize.
