| After the financial crisis in2008, Chinese commercial banks have ushered in the golden era of rapid development,accompanied by the profound changes in policy, economic and social environment of China’s banking industry.In November2008, after the rapid economic downturn, the government decisively launched a4trillion economic stimulus plan. The credit gates had been wide open, and the fiscal policy had turned from the active to the steady.Meanwhile the moderately loose monetary policy turned into the moderately tight policy.The Chinese economy rebound in the bottom. From January2009, the economy began to rise era, however, how long the economic upturn will last and what’s the trend of the the entire macroeconomic after2012, is the bank which is the national economy’s core should concern. The first part of this research analyzed the publicly available data of the2011-2012national economy.To make a preliminary judgment on the current macro-economic and social environment and help the bankers understand the trend of the Chinese economy; The second part of this article focuses on interpretation of the2011-2012national introduction of the new regulations and policies of the banking industry. The analysis of the impact of these policy adjustments and changes in the Chinese banking industry gives us a clear understanding of the policy environment faced by the current bank; The third part of the article show us the detailed analysis of China Banking industry’s index.
