This article is an report on P2P, P2P is a very new thing, it can be traced back to the UK site Zopa which was established in2005. P2P means two people make a micro-lending from each other online. While interested with it,the writer hopes to research the different patterns of P2P Lend influencing factors. P2P mode is faced with two kinds of clients, one p means borrowing customers, another p refers to investing customers, which are indispensable, so the full text of the discussion is expanded from the two angles of borrowers and investors.The first chapter is the introduction of P2P background, After talking about the definition and origin of P2P, the writer analyzes why would P2P come out and how could it survive the competition.then the writer concluded four items of P2P’s social significance.The second and third chapters describes the different P2P patterns frome foreign and domestic, foreign models concludes Zopa, Prosper and Lending, Club, Kiva. Then the paper raises out the two problems, around these two problems, this paper introduces4kinds of P2P patterns in china.the paper makes a overall description of the P2P industry at the fourth chapter, by using the data from the third-party, industry, showing out the market capacity, market structure, trends analysis.The fifth chapter analyzes the factors affecting the P2P industry, mainly from two parts to discuss. First regulatory, second competition. This paper argues that the regulation is still the biggest risk, and P2P industry faced external competition mainly from financial institutions and Internet companies, but competition exists as well as the possibility of cooperation in P2P networks, anyway there are still a lot uncertainties in the future development of the P2P industry.
