Yuan Quanas in the early launch of cooking oil retail brand,you can make effective marketing strategy,sophisticated and satisfy customers of company’s survival and development of greatsignificance.This paper first introduces the Yuan Quan company marketing condition,has analyzedthe enterprise marketing existing in the market positioning is not clear,the product structureof a single,marketing channel is not reasonable,the lack of effective promotion strategy,andfrom the enterprise marketing concept,money,marketing personnel quality,analyzes thecauses. Secondly from the macro environment,micro environment,this paper analyzes theYuan Quan company’s market environment,and according to the geographical factors,income factors of market segmentation and choose the suitable for enterprise target marketand product market positioning. And again from product,price,channel,promotion aspectconstructs the rice bran oil product marketing strategy. Finally from the ascension managersmarketing consciousness, increase the marketing capital investment, improve the quality ofthe personnel,establish modern information system four aspects proposed to the rice bran oilproduct marketing strategy implementation safeguard measures.
