Study On The Management Of Operational Risks Of HRB Bank

Nowadays, Chinese banking industry must face a practical problem that all of theoperational risk, credit risk and market risk have become the most important three major risksin Chinese commercial bank, and the risk management has occupied main aspects incommercial bank management activities. As the operational risk incidents break outfrequently, all the commercial banks around the world have realized the importance ofoperational risk management. However, because the operational risk management startedquite late, management standards and methods are not mature enough, so they need rapiddevelopment.This thesis is based on the HRB bank operational risk management, start from the basictheory and base on the further investigation and statistical data analysis, then describe thecurrent situation of HRB bank operational risk management, identify the problems and causes,and build the HRB bank operational risk management system. Finally, put forward thesuggestions about the operational risk management of HRB bank.
