| As the blood vessel for human body, marketing channel plays a significant role for an enterprise under the environment of market economy. Whether this channel is smooth or not greatly influences the development of the enterprise. In this regard, it is very necessary to pay special attention to channel construction, which becomes the embodiment of enterprise competitiveness as well as intangible assets. Under this circumstance, it is especially important to handle the problems such as how to recognize the role of marketing channels, how to establish, use and maintain marketing channels, and how to improve the efficiency of market channels so as to enhance the enterprise profit.Under the environment of market channel for semiconductor industry home and abroad, this thesis analyzes problems in channel development in F Semiconductor Components company, proposing suggestions for channel improvement, cooperation between channel members, building trust, and controlling of channel conflicts. On the basis of foregoing research findings, this thesis further probes into the management strategies of the improvement of channel efficiency, the choosing, evaluation and supervision on different channel members, and the coordination of member behavior by means of managing, encouraging and communicating.In all, this thesis reveals the present situation of semiconductor agent in China, and discusses the cooperation and competition between factories and agents. By summing up the development experience of marketing channel, the thesis proposes several safeguard measures for it, so as to provide experience and reference for Chinese semiconductor industry. |
