The Study On Stock Picking Strategy Of Stock Investment Funds Based On AHP

Security investment fund is a major institute investor in the security market. The management of the fund is influential, even for the whole market or the stability of the macro-economy. China is promoting the development of the institute investors in the security market. And security investment fund is one of the major investors. Under such circumstance, the study of the fund’s assets disposition has a great meaning for the development of qualified institute investors and for the stable operation of the security market. Since stock fund is one of the major funds, the stock picking strategy has a decisive effect.In this paper, the picking strategy of stock investment funds is the major study subject. The value investment strategy and the technical analysis investment strategy are combined together in this paper. Considering the fundamentals of the company and the technical analysis of the stock price, the new investment strategy is trying to choose companies which have both a great potential growing ability and a comparative stock price. By the new investment strategy, the study tries to improve the operation performance of stock investment funds and to nurture their value investing philosophy.The fund industry in China is rapidly developing and the market environment is generally improving. Thus, an effective investment strategy will be essential for the healthy development of a fund management company. At the same time, this study will offer investors a new investing idea, which richens the investment strategy and plays an important role in promoting the healthy growing of China’s security investment funds.
