Problems And Countermeasures Chinese Enterprises Direct Investment In Kazakhstan

China’s direct investment in Kazakhstan in recent years has made rapid development, the promotion of Kazakhstan’s economy plays an important role. Kazakhstan has rich natural resources, the resources and industrial structure point of view, China and Kazakhstan are highly complementary, and therefore China has broad prospects the direct direct investment in Kazakhstan. From the point of view of investment enterprises, Chinese enterprises to invest mainly in the field of oil and energy, mainly through the acquisition and equity participation. This paper analyzes the status quo of China’s investment in Kazakhstan as well as the problems and Kazakhstan satisfied PK example, the analysis of the problem and the results achieved by the Chinese enterprises in Kazakhstan’s investment in oil acquisition. This paper argues that Kazakhstan should strengthen the enabling role of foreign direct investment, improve the investment environment and legislation, in particular, requires a lot of capital and technology areas for their tilt. For China, increasing foreign investment, expand investment path, choose the investment area and the field is crucial.
