In recent years, business aviation development is becoming more and more and faster in China. The growth rate of business aviation market demand shows a development trend of this industry. Business aviation marketing competition in China bring the companies both opportunities and challenges, while trying to increase operating profits, companies also trying to strengthen market competitiveness and expand the market share, optimizing internal operation, marketing management. By doing these can realize company’s strategic and sustainable development targets, and empower the market competition for company’s values in the market.This case study is based on actual situation of CEEA, a subsidiary company of the third airlines in China. As a newly established company, the development strategy problem is the key issues that CEEA is focusing on. The purpose of this study is for reviewing internal and external environment and trying to find out the optimization solutions and development strategy for company CEEA.
