Some emerging countries in Asia, such like Japan, South Korea and so on, have become the mainly exporting country of fashion product. As one of the biggest fashion product importing countries. The ability of china to developing their fashion industry is not powerful yet. Most of the domestic study on fashion industy is from the fashion enterprise ability of production and sell, without the the analysis about the developing of Customer demand and Source of power in fashion industry.This paper is based on amount of Achievements over domestic and abroad.,from the angle of the developing of Customer demand, borrowing the theory of Marshall demand function and Maslow’s needs theory, to anlyse the influence, which the upgrading of consumer demand to fashion Industry chain, the fashion product features and quality requirements to upgrade to the famous brand of products, product design and product release. Accoding to the analysis of this paper, we can say the grouth of domestic fashion industry is fast, but the domestic owned brand and the ability of product design is limited. Accoding to the Questionnaire investigation, we got the conclusion below,Consumers in the fashion consumer demand for products already from the production oriented to the needs of the development demand upgrade, from the function of the product, quality demand upgrade to brand awareness, product design, and product demand.
