For a long time, the material one-way flow mode of traditional economic, leading to the extensive pattern of economic growth, which at the cost of high consumption of resources and energy. The shortage of resources, high energy consumption and pollution of the environment expose human society facing strong challenges of existence. Against this backdrop, the method of circular economy was brought into being. In recent years, circular economy have attracted much attention in the academic circles and administrative departments, but generally speaking, the study on circular economy is still on initial stage of theory exploration and case study. With the development of economy and update of technology, the quantitative study and analysis of system on circular economy are receiving more attentions, which can improve management decision-making level of circular economy.In this paper, a three-dimensional coordinate regulation mode has been constructed based on the study of circular economy, synergy and system dynamics(SD) theory, by working on the inner operating of circular economy system, convert the internal working into external macro-behavior, which quantities the research on circular economy system to a certain extent. Based on analysis of the system operation trend and parametric data, the mode of circular economy system have been constructed, and discussions of the operation process have been made, and puts forward some countermeasures for system control depend on the model and data support.The main researches and results are as follows:Firstly, in the aspect of theory research, this paper explained the relevant theories and methods of circular economy, synergy, order parameter and system dynamics, based on this, discussed the method and feasibility of combining the collaborative theory and system dynamics with circular economy research of high energy consumption industry, provide theoretical support for in-depth study of circular economy system.Secondly, in the aspect of mode construction, this paper firstly analyses the synergy theory and the related achievements, put forward the view of combining the co evolution model with the three-dimensional regulation mode of circular economy together, based on the order parameter, constructed an overall framework of regulation mode. After that, by study of the SD method apply in circular economy system, the cycle of economic set system dynamics parameters as the foundation, established the SD model of circular economy system based on the order parameter, the combination of SD mode and three-dimensional regulation mode put the whole mode accomplished.Thirdly, in the aspect of data and indicators, based on the order parameter and indicators of SD mode, this paper selects the data of metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, ferrous metal processing and petroleum processing industry, calculates total index data of these six industries, as the support of three-dimensional regulation dynamics mode, SD mode and quantitative research.Fourthly, in the aspect of countermeasures and conclusions, this paper based on the study of theories, data and modes, by analyzing the relationship of the model parameters and data, combining with the macro environment of circular economy, put forward a targeted countermeasure, summarizes three aspects of solutions, as development of clean energy, refining of renewable resources and disposal of wastes.Fifthly, in the aspect of research significance, the main work of this paper are the three-dimensional mode of circular economy, the SD mode constitutes a feedback module among, the operation mode can provide an overall research approach of quantitative study on circular economy complex system, and have certain reference significance both on the theoretical research and practical applications of circular economy. But there still have many inadequacies in this paper need to be improved because of the restriction of personal ability, limitation of data and space.
