Evaluating For China’s Total Grain Output

The scientificalness of decision-making depends largely on the quality of statistical data. From the macroscopic level, statistical data is the foundation of states’macro decision-making; From the micro level, the enterprises’correct decision-makings also can’t do without the high-quality statistical data. Therefore, the statistical data quality has received increasing attention from the society and been important research subject. Among it, because of the special effect of the demographic data in the states’macro-control, the quality of demographic data has received increasing attention from the society. However, the complicacy of the demographic data has also lead to the query of demographic data quality. So, the quality assessment of demographic data is relatively meaningful. And this paper’s assessment criteria of statistical data is accuracy.On the basis of the quality of statistical data on China’s grain output, the accuracy of the i ndicators used in China’s grain production data quality assessment. The article first select the i nfluencing factors of the food, then add the influencing factors of the space, to build a space p anel data model.
